Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Elijah Jhay Imbing (“Coach Jhay”) collects and uses personal information submitted through this website, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What is collected

• Details you enter when booking a consultation: name, email, mobile or Messenger contact, business or brand name, the consultation and time you choose, and what you need help with.
• Payment details you provide: the account you paid to, the transfer reference number, and the receipt you upload.
• Your progress through the booking form. Once you enter your details and continue, they are saved so you can pick up where you left off and so Coach Jhay can follow up about an unfinished booking. Choosing “Start over” in the booking form deletes them. Your progress is also kept on your own device for up to 7 days.
• Links you choose to share, such as your Facebook Page or website.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit, such as device type and pages viewed.

How it is used

• To review whether your request fits the consultation scope.
• To contact you about scheduling, payment, and the consultation itself.
• To prepare for and deliver the session.

Your information is not sold. It is stored in Coach Jhay’s Google account (Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Calendar) and shared only with the tools needed to process your booking, such as email and scheduling services.

Retention and your rights

Booking information is kept only as long as needed for the consultation and related records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@elijahjhay.com.
