Consultation Policy

Scope

Consultations can currently be booked for:

• Chatbot Setup Consultation: Get expert guidance in planning, setting up, improving, or troubleshooting your Messenger chatbot and automation system.
• Facebook Ads Consultation: Get strategic guidance for improving your Facebook and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Short Consultation: For one focused issue, a quick campaign review, or a specific chatbot concern.

Marketing Strategy Consultation is part of Coach Jhay’s professional services but is currently unavailable for appointment booking. Unrelated general business consultations may not be accepted. Every request is reviewed before confirmation.

Fees

• Chatbot Setup Consultation: ₱2,500 for 60 minutes
• Facebook Ads Consultation: ₱2,500 for 60 minutes
• Short Consultation: ₱1,500 for 30 minutes
• Marketing Strategy Consultation: currently unavailable

Campaign setup, chatbot development, funnel building, creative production, advertising budgets, software subscriptions, and ongoing management are quoted separately.

Payment and scheduling

The consultation fee is paid by bank transfer when you book, to one of the accounts shown in the booking form, and you upload your receipt with your booking. Your chosen time is held while the payment is verified. Your session is confirmed once the payment is verified, and the confirmation is sent through the contact details you provided.

Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling

• Reschedule once for free by asking at least 24 hours before your session.
• Cancel 48 hours or more before your session: full refund, less the actual bank transfer fee, if any.
• Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your session: refund less a 20% inconvenience fee (₱500 for a 60-minute session, ₱300 for a 30-minute session) and the actual transfer fee, if any.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before your session, or miss it without notice: no refund.
• If Coach Jhay cancels or can’t attend: a full refund with no deductions, or a new schedule of your choice.
• If a payment can’t be verified (wrong amount or no matching transfer), the booking is released and the time opens up again.
• Refunds are sent within 3 to 5 business days to the account the payment came from.
